What we'll talk about

Now, you can send RFM segments of your customers to Shopify and Meta for more targeted remarketing efforts.

We’re closing the loop on your data automation journey.

Airboxr already helps you pull data and analyze it—now, we’re piloting the final step: pushing that data to your marketing tools. As a first use case, we’re launching the ability to send RFM-based customer segments directly into Shopify and Klaviyo.

These segments will be applied only to your active customer base, namely, customers who have ordered at least once in the last 365 days.

This feature is in limited beta, and we’re inviting a small group of users to try it first and share feedback before the public release.

What It Does

  • Uses our retail-optimized RFM analysis methodology

  • Automatically creates customer segments like Champions, Loyalists, etc.

  • Sends those segments into Shopify Customer Segments and Meta

How to Use RFM Segments in Shopify

In Shopify: Go to Customer > Segments. You’ll see a predesigned segment called ‘ABX: Champions’, and your customers will have tags appended like ‘abx-champions’.

Click on the three dots menu next to the segment, and you can send a targeted remarketing email or create a special discount code specifically for this segment only. We recommend sending a special discount to only your At Risk and Hibernating segments, so you don’t cannibalize on sales to your best customers.

How to Use RFM Segments in Meta Ads

In Meta: Go to Ads Manager > Audiences. The new segments will show up here.

Use this audience to generate a Lookalike audience, then create a new campaign targeting your new audience. We recommend sending ads to audiences that look like your Champions and Loyalists, so you acquire more of your best customers.

We’re actively gathering feedback to shape this feature—please share your thoughts and experiences with us!
