Finance and Revenue Reporting
Removing gifts and seeded products from sales reports
You can remove orders from your sales reports such as those tagged as a gift, from a specific sales channel, purchased with order value 0, or purchased with a special discount code.
To do this, run the Order Export Hop and filter out the types of orders you want removed.
Separate one-off sales from subscriptions
You can separate one-off sales from subscription sales to analyze them independently and understand your revenue streams better. Subscription sales are typically identified as coming from a different sales channel.
To do this, run the Product Variant Sales by Date and Sales Channel Hop and filter your results by product and sales channel.
Adjust for refunds in sales reports
You can adjust your sales reports to accurately reflect refunds, returns, and exchanges based on the original order date. Airboxr ties refunds to the order date, not the date of the refund.
