How to run a Hop & customize a Hop run

Getting Started
Finding the Hop you need
Use our Search AI to find the Hop that answers your question.
From the Hop Marketplace, type your question in the search bar.
It will suggest which of our collection of Hops are most relevant for you.
Preview Hops before running them by finding them in the Hops Marketplace and clicking on the ‘i’ icon at the bottom right of the card.
Running a Hop
There are two places in the Airboxr platform from which you can launch a Hop run.
From the My Hops page
Hops that you found on the Hops Marketplace need to be saved in My Hops before using.
From your My Hops page, select the Hop you want and run it.
From a spreadsheet opened within My Sheets
Use the left sidebar to search for a Hop you want to run on your sheet. If you haven’t added it to My Hops yet, you can do that directly from the sidebar.
Customizing a Hop run
When you run a Hop, there will be a popup showing the timeframe and destination of your Hop run, with the option to customize.
Feel free to select the timeframes and filters you need.
💡 Tip: For smaller stores with not too much data, you can select a longer timeframe than 90 days. Ignore the warning sign and test out your selected timeframe; if the Hop run fails, it will be because you have too much data. Contact us on the in-app chat for help in that case.
