The Cross-Sell Analysis Hop gives a detailed analysis of customer buying behavior across your products. For all customers who purchased Product A, the report shows the percentage of those customers who subsequently purchased Product B.
For example, let’s say product A is an iPhone 15, and product B is a MagSafe wireless charger. This report may show that 70% of customers who purchased an iPhone 15 also bought a MagSafe wireless charger in subsequent orders, indicating a high demand for wireless charging of their new iPhone 15s.
The report may also show that 45% of customers who purchased an iPhone 15 subsequently purchased a Belkin Wireless Car Charger with MagSafe. This indicates not only that buyers want wireless charging, but also that they want to charge their phones in the car.
Knowing insights like these can help with:
Personalized Marketing Campaigns - knowing that 70% of customers eventually buy a MagSafe wireless charger, you can prepare follow up email, SMS, or ad campaigns to retarget buyers of the iPhone 15 with this specific product.

Step two: Customize your report (Optional)
There are two things you can customize about this Hop; the time period of the report and the first product SKU and second product SKU.
You can adjust the time period with pre-defined options or a custom time range.
SKU Bought First and SKU Bought After
The SKU bought first filter gives you the freedom to select the first purchase SKU you want to see in the report.
The SKU bought after filter gives you the option to select the product SKU included in consequent orders after an initial SKU was bought.
