FAQ

Redaction of customer data is handled by Shopify when a customer requests removal of their data.

From Shopify's Help Center:

You can request to erase a customer’s personal data and redact your customer’s personal data from Shopify’s records, and from any apps and channels that you’ve installed from your Shopify admin. Shopify only redacts personal information, such as your customer’s name and address. Non-personal data, such as order information about what was sold, the date and time of the sale, and the order value is maintained.

Since Airboxr requests data for analysis from Shopify, our platform does not receive any personal information for customers whose data has been redacted.

You can still run Hops/reports on Airboxr as you typically do, and those reports will ignore any customer information that has been redacted.

Airboxr offers over 120 automated reports (Hops) to address various e-commerce business needs, allowing for customization and combining of reports. Users can group, filter, combine and automate reports, and the Airboxr team is available to assist with more complex data requirements.
